When placing your pre-order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms:
✅ Orders placed before the pre-order deadline will get assured slot ✅ If ordered after the Pre-order deadline, there is no guarantee of the slot but we will try to order it and sometimes, supplier accepts it, if not, we will refund your deposit accordingly. ✅ Any payment made for confirmed order is non-refundable since we forward your payment to manufacturers for slot. ✅ Confirmed deposit or payment guarantees a slot if made before the Pre-order Deadline*. ✅ Pre-order cuts can happen on rare instances without any reason from the supplier. In cases orders cannot be fulfilled, DPs/Full Payments will be refunded ✅ Cash on Delivery (COD) option has no guaranteed slot and pre-order price discount, COD is for in-stock or on hand items only
NO DOWN PAYMENT NO RESERVATION. Deposits are non-refundable unless the item is cancelled on the manufacturer's end.
ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) is only an estimate, and is subject to change depending on the manufacturer's actual release date. Early arrival, delays or cancellations are beyond our control.
Balance must be settled once the pre-ordered item/s arrive/s in PH soil. Buyers will also receive a message and call once the items are already with us -with complete details on when and where to settle, and their preferred mode of delivery (meetup, store or delivery). So make sure to double check our contact details in the order confirmation. Pick up in our stock room in Las Pinas is accepted. Preferred payment is online bank transfer , bank deposit to our BDO account or Gcash. Cash on delivery via Lalamove, Grab etc is okay as long as the rider accepts the requested amount (additional charges may apply). Also, cash on delivery for Ninja Van includes a 4% fee.
Buyers are given a week to claim or have their item delivered. Unclaimed unpaid orders will automatically be forfeited after a week, without notice. On the other hand, unclaimed fully paid orders will be forfeited after 4 weeks.
We encourage you to check the item/s during meetup or once delivered. In an event of a manufacturer defect, we accept returns as long as the issue is raised to us within 24 hours upon receipt. Replacement requests from suppliers may take some time to process. Refund requests are processed within 2 weeks via online bank transfer or gcash. Items that are tagged as On Sale, On Clearance, Marked Down etc are not part of the after sales service.
We can assure that your items are in pristine box condition before sending it. We double bubble wrap it with multiple boxes and fragile sticker. We accept no liability for any damage, delays or lost packages while they are in transit as these are beyond our control. We may change the terms from time to time. By continuing to use this page after we post such changes, you accept the Agreement, as modified.

Metro Manila orders take 2 to 5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1-2 business days via Ninja Van, LBC (Cash on Pick up), Lazada or Lalamove (upon request and shouldered by the buyer).
Outside Metro Manila orders take 5 to 10 business days to be delivered via Ninja Van, LBC (Cash on Pick up), Lazada or Lalamove (upon request and shouldered by the buyer and we ship within 2 business days.

Orders over P10,000 will have free shipping.
Orders under P10,000 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and location. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
This promo is only applicable to all items except for statues or figures that are bulky and weighs 10kilo or more. With these types of items, we can only offer free shipping within Metro Manila as we cannot anymore shoulder the fees for outside Metro Manila shipping. Note that our margin is around 10% only for these types of items. Thank you for your understanding.
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We make sure that all items went thru our Quality Control procedures and all are packed with utmost care. In addition, we offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy with the following conditions:
If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund but the customer shall return the item first for investigation.
The customer shall shoulder first the shipping fee back to our warehouse for inspection and will be reimbursed accordingly if the item was proven damaged.
Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For returns, please email email@example.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
